Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for donors, participants, and community members, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our events and initiatives.

• Assist with event logistics and preparation, ensuring effective communication and a seamless experience for all attendees.

• Issue Resolution: Address concerns and questions with professionalism, ensuring donors and participants feel valued and supported.

• Accurately record and update donor information, contributions, and event details in our database.

• Work closely with fundraising and event teams to ensure the smooth execution of events and high levels of donor satisfaction.
