About the Role:
Starting in an entry-level position, the Event Marketing Assistant will receive hands-on training in various marketing strategies, brand education, promotional techniques, and more. Upon successful completion of our program, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role and work directly with the Executive Marketing Manager to oversee campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily growth and development of client campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Execute and oversee retail promotional campaigns.
- Develop brand recognition through experiential marketing and local events.
- Collaborate with Brand Ambassador teams to strategize and execute campaigns.
- Provide creative, actionable solutions to problems.
