As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will be integral in supporting our community outreach initiatives. You will engage with clients, customers, and team members to meet fundraising objectives, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with community outreach efforts, supporting fundraising and awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, customers, and internal teams to ensure daily objectives and fundraising targets are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Help coordinate event logistics, ensuring seamless operations during events.
- Report progress regularly to the Operations Director and ensure fundraising goals are met.
- Create detailed reports on donations and event success metrics.
- Attend workshops and meetings to continuously enhance marketing and event management skills.
- Support client relationships by acting as an internal liaison between customers and clients.
- Contribute to cost-effectiveness and the overall success of campaigns.
