Position Overview: As an Event Promotions Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and executing a wide range of live events aimed at building brand presence, engaging audiences, and generating buzz for our clients. This entry-level position offers ample opportunities for growth and development as you build skills in marketing, public relations, and event management. You will work alongside a collaborative and motivated team, ensuring that each campaign is successful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Promotion & Execution: Assist in planning and executing live promotional events, ensuring seamless operation and maximum engagement. Promote brands through in-person interactions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement strategies.
• Marketing Campaign Support: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, both at events and across various platforms. Utilize marketing materials and tools to ensure brand consistency.
• Client & Public Relations: Engage with clients, vendors, and customers to represent the brand professionally and positively. Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional customer service to attendees at events.
• Event Logistics: Assist in organizing and managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and day-of-event coordination. Ensure that all event materials are prepared and distributed as needed.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s message and values are clearly communicated and represented during events.
• Market Research & Feedback: Collect insights from customers and event attendees to provide valuable feedback for future campaigns. Help assess the effectiveness of each event and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Contribute to digital campaigns by creating content for social media and other marketing platforms, helping increase engagement and event visibility.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior event or marketing experience required! We provide comprehensive training in all areas, including event planning, marketing strategies, and public relations.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Must have full work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Availability: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
