Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly attend client training sessions to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products.
- Create and manage customer accounts to build lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve team sales goals and deliver results.
- Engage with new and existing customers face-to-face on behalf of our clients to strengthen brand recognition.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management to ensure success.
- Educate and mentor new representatives to build a strong, knowledgeable team and promote growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
