Summary:
The Dynamics CRM Architect is a senior-level technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The CRM Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, CRM administrators, developers, and other IT professionals, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

- Ensures technical integrity, scalability, and security of CRM system.
- Adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Leading Managing and Holding People Accountable (LMA)
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design CRM solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including its features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and extensions to the Dynamics CRM system, including but not limited to entity customizations, workflows, plugins, web resources, and integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with CRM administrators and developers to ensure the proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system, including performance tuning, security hardening, and data migration.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead and participate in CRM system upgrade and migration projects, including planning, testing, and deployment activities
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals, to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, and conduct training sessions to educate business stakeholders and end-users on CRM system functionalities and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including its features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM customization tools, such as Customization Editor, Ribbon Workbench, and Plugin Registration Tool.
- Experience with CRM development technologies, such as C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and REST API.
- Familiarity with CRM deployment and administration tasks, including security, performance tuning, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications, such as MB-210, MB-220, or equivalent, preferred.
