Job Title : Electrical Supervisor
Shift : Day and Night
Day Shift Pay : $42.50 / hour
Night Shift Pay : $45.00 / hour
Responsibilities :
Supervision and Coordination : Oversee and coordinate the activities of electrical workers during the installation and commissioning of new stations in the battery pack assembly line.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications and electrical codes.
Scheduling : Plan and schedule electrical work assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve electrical issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations.
Training and Development : Provide guidance and training to electrical workers to enhance their skills and performance.
Reporting : Maintain detailed records of work performed and provide regular progress reports to project management.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in electrical installations, preferably in automation-related projects.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage a team effectively.
Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills to address and resolve electrical issues promptly.
Communication : Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Safety Knowledge : In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in electrical installations.
