Job Title : Foreman Electrician / 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
Location : Woodland Park, Colorado
Pay Rate : 40$ / HR
Shift Timings : 8 or 9 PM to 4 : 30 or 5 : 30 AM ( NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY )
START DATE IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17th , 2025

Position Overview :
We are currently looking for a motivated Foreman Electrician and / or 3rd / 4th Year Apprentice to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about the electrical trade and want to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination and Planning
Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to understand the full scope of work.
Coordinate daily work activities, ensuring proper staffing and resource allocation for optimal project flow.
Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, including timelines and adherence to deadlines.
Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Team Supervision and Development
Direct and oversee a team of electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet project goals.
Mentor team members, offering guidance and training on technical skills, safety protocols, and best practices.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address questions or concerns, and maintain morale.
Safety Management and Compliance
Enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other industry standards.
Ensure all team members are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and trained on safe work practices.
Demonstrate leadership in identifying, reporting, and addressing any safety risks or incidents immediately.
Quality Control and Inspection
Monitor and enforce work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and industry standards.
Perform regular inspections to verify that installations meet quality requirements and prevent rework.
Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly and ensure all work aligns with company standards.
Maintain and manage on-site inventory, tools, and equipment, ensuring the availability of materials as needed.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of tools and equipment, ensuring that all resources are in optimal working condition.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges, including electrical, logistical, and personnel issues, to keep the project on track.
Actively troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions to keep the work moving.
Work closely with other trades to resolve scheduling or spatial conflicts and maintain a smooth workflow.
Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain accurate daily records, including labor hours, materials used, and tasks completed, to ensure accountability.
Document any changes or adjustments in the project scope or schedule and report progress to the project manager.
Record safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions to maintain compliance and improve future practices.
Coordinate inspections and ensure all project milestones are met for timely project approval.
Adherence to Electrical Codes and Standards
Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and specific client requirements.
Stay informed on code changes, new technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating these into the project as appropriate.
Uphold company standards of work ethic and quality
Qualifications :
For Foreman Electrician :
Valid Electrician's License.
5 years of experience in electrical installations and troubleshooting.
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and ensure productivity.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and project managers.
For 3rd / 4th Year Apprentice :
Enrolled in or completing an electrical apprenticeship program.
Strong interest in learning the trade and progressing to a journeyman level.
Good physical condition and willingness to work in diverse environments.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
