Position – Operation Manager
Location – Dallas, TX
Pay Rate - $40 - 42 / hour
Shift Timings – 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization's operations. This includes managing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and leading the operations team to ensure the achievement of business objectives. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the company’s operations. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to make data-driven decisions, manage teams effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments (e.g., production, inventory, logistics).
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost-efficiency targets.
- Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation across operations.
- Manage and maintain key operational resources, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and available to meet demand.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and improve overall team effectiveness.
- Oversee the production processes, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production, inventory, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve operational performance and achieve business goals.
- Use data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
