Key Responsibilities :
Domestic Errands :
Running errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or taking vehicles in for service.
Managing household supplies and ensuring the home is well-stocked.
Event Planning & Management :
Organizing and coordinating personal and business events, including meetings, dinners, and other gatherings.
Overseeing logistics and making sure all details are handled efficiently.
Travel Coordination :
Planning and organizing travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Ensuring travel schedules are followed and adjusting plans as needed.
Business Tasks :
Calendar management : scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Taking notes during meetings and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Household Management :
Assisting with the management of household staff, including hiring and overseeing vendors.
Coordinating household maintenance, repairs, and other ongoing tasks.
Personal Support :
Providing personal assistance to the principal, including driving when required.
Experience : Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is highly preferred.
Skills :
