Job Title : Safety Officer

Shift : Day and Night

Day Shift Pay : $27.75 / hour
Night Shift Pay : $29.25 / hour

Responsibilities :

Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during the installation and commissioning of the new stations in the battery pack assembly line.

Risk Assessment : Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards on-site.

Incident Management : Investigate and report any safety incidents or near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Training and Guidance : Provide safety training and guidance to workers, supervisors, and other team members to promote a culture of safety.

Inspections : Perform routine inspections of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure they meet safety standards.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

Emergency Response : Act as the first point of contact in case of emergencies and ensure proper procedures are followed.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in industrial or automation-related projects.

Certifications : Relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in industrial settings.

Attention to Detail : Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks effectively.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver safety training and liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Proactive approach to resolving safety concerns promptly.

Additional Information :
