As an early member of the team, there will be significant opportunity, responsibility, and ownership upside. This role will be hybrid local / remote, with travel expectations to be determined as part of the hiring process and in relation to our HQ in Denver, CO with a preference for ability to be in or relocate to Denver or San Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical product vision by identifying new opportunities, and driving new strategies and roadmaps that align with the broader organizational goals.
- Determine and measure key drivers for MGT's business model by working hand-in-hand with our insurance business leads.
- Conduct discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key pain points and ideate, develop, and manage the solutions needed to address the challenges.
- Have the technical chops to transform business requirements to technical guidance, partnering closely with engineering teams to define a vision for core platform capabilities, considering industry and technology trends.
- Own key metrics (KPIs) of the platform's adoption and performance, and work to develop a measurement feedback loop into the roadmap to continuously improve.
- Influence key stakeholders throughout MGT to align intent, team capacity, and prioritization across the most important business priorities.
- Oversee the product lifecycle of MGT's technology platform and its integrated systems like insurance policy administration, CRM, and ticketing and technical support systems to deliver best in class customer service.
- Identify emerging technologies that can improve MGT's service stack and develop plans to integrate them.
