Since our incorporation in 1973, Louisville Switching has had an extensive relationship with Kalmar Ottawa Trucks. We are a licensed, authorized motor vehicle dealer with the ability and desire to sell only the highest quality Kalmar Ottawa yard trucks. We also have a garage with nine spacious bays to service our customers' repair needs.

Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair golf carts (gas and electric), side by sides, small engine vehicles, an other identified products as clearly and specifically requested by the customer, using a laptop computer, experience, manuals, and other industry sources.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
- Assess the need for additional repairs or maintenance, and document and communicate findings and potential solutions with supervisor and customer.
Technician Requirements:
- Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems, charging systems, and Cummins are a plus.
- Must have own tools. Tool purchase assistance provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Steel toed work boots are mandatory.
