This position functions as the support and driver of quality ReSales products to the South East region’s retail markets working with sales representatives and operations team. Primary areas of emphasis include significantly growing the retail ReSales revenue, managing the rebuild process through operations team, communicating effectively and consistently with the sales and operations teams, and effectively managing ReSales inventory for region.

Job Responsibilities:
- Significantly increase region ReSales revenue through proper management of inventory levels and effective communication with sales & operations team.
- Work directly with sales team to understand customer needs & competitive offerings to develop effective inventory plan and product delivery schedule.
- Develop thorough understanding of market conditions including current customers, potential customers, and competitors in assigned territory. Make customer and branch visits frequently when and where necessary.
- Assist in setting financial performance goals and objectives, working with others to accomplish.
- Oversee the building of ReSales products, assuring that quality standards are achieved, and work is completed timely and cost effectively.
- Manage ReSales inventory levels to assure proper turns, value and age of inventory is kept to standards set.
- Assist in setting trade-in values & dispose of all trade-in equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and maintain a ReSales floor plan maintaining stock for immediate sale.
- Assure that product condition is as stated and expected both on transfer in region and sold to end user.
- Set and manage ReSales pricing levels to accomplish profitability objectives.
- Assist with lease returns.
- Assure that ReSales website is accurate and timely.
- Assist other regional managers when necessary.
- Work to resolve issues, conflicts, challenges, opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday – plus whatever time it takes to get the job done. This position is exempt from paid overtime.
