Job Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, research parts and process orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the parts department and manage parts inventory
- Maintain consignment accounts
- Account for department profit and loss
- Monitor and communicate order status to customer, including all backorders
- Communicate with Branch and Factory to expedite orders when necessary
- Resolve any Customer issues, problems or complaints to satisfy the Customer
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering from vendors and invoicing to Customers
- Support and assist the Service Department, the Aftermarket Sales Representatives and the Material Handling Specialists
- Take ownership and responsibility for offsite parts inventory consignment
- Process, File and maintain invoices and bill of ladings for incoming parts
Job Requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills – Displays honestly, ethics and integrity at all times
- Self-Managed and Self Motivated
- Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
