Our staff of professional trainers will teach you everything from the basics of working on engines to the more complicated computer diagnostics and control systems. Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks, equipment, and other identified products.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, customer facilities, and shop.
- Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
- Active participation in weekly safety calls/meetings and safety program.
Technician Requirements:
- A technical background is required. 3 years' experience in auto, forklift, or diesel is preferred.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, and charging systems are a plus.
- Must have own tools. Tool purchase assistance provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work forty hours per week, plus overtime as required. Flexible on working hours but must be between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On Call and Saturdays as needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Steel toed work boots are mandatory.
