The Technician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting quality service technicians for all locations under the MH Logistics umbrella, including but not limited to MH Equipment, Louisville Switching, and Armor Equipment. The Technician Recruiter works closely with the Senior Recruitment Specialist and ensures that we identify and attract the best possible talent and fit for positions within the enterprise.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Post jobs on various online sites such as really, trade schools, and colleges.
- Participate in various social media platforms to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Source and attract top talent for service technician positions by researching job seekers and inviting them to apply for open positions.
- Review applications and resumes to refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
- Conduct initial telephone screens to effectively assess a candidate’s fit to the company, culture, team, and position, when requested by the hiring manager.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with trade schools, colleges, universities, community colleges and school placement offices as sources to generate qualified applicants.
- Identify and participate in career fairs, job fairs, community network events to gain company recognition and attract quality job seekers.
- Provide information on the Company and job opportunities to potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Manage current candidate activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate processing data.
- Maintain application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
- Work with other MH recruiters in a team atmosphere and provide back up and support as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare new hire backpacks and work with IT for distribution to new employees.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Primary core value is integrity.
- At least two years of prior recruiting experience with a track record of successfully meeting staffing needs.
- Mechanical background or knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort speaking to groups and individuals.
- Outgoing personality with positive attitude, with a high energy level and a passion for the job.
- Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft programs.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Able to work independently and organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and able to travel.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job.
- Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Flexibility to work when required and may exceed a 40-hour workweek with some overnight travel and weekend work.
