Job Overview:
MH Installation Guys is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee mobile home installation projects. This role involves managing subcontractors, negotiating prices, ensuring quality standards, updating our internal project management software, and occasionally communicating with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a background in construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage mobile home installation projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with subcontractors, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Negotiate prices with subcontractors to maintain budgetary goals.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all installations and resolve issues as they arise.
- Update and maintain our internal project management software with project timelines, statuses, and other critical details.
- Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates or address concerns.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Perform site visits to oversee installation quality and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or mobile home installations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software or tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
