Position: Salesperson

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop New Business: Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.

• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their; value to clients.

• Sales Reporting: Track and report activities, including client interactions and pipeline status. •

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in electrical and power supply industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities. .

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficient in using CRMI software and other sales tools.

• A results-oriented attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
