Job Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance to ensure operational excellence.

Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served in compliance with company quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high performance standards.

Experience & Ability:
