Restaurant Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Knowledge of catering operations and experience with event planning is a plus
- Strong bartending skills are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
