Job Description
- As the property liaison, provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, responding to inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Process payments, deposits, and run reports to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and solve problems promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
