Your Role as Front Desk Clerk
You will be the property liaison, providing exceptional customer service to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and residents.
- Respond to inquiries in person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Process payments and deposits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to maintain office productivity.
- Collaborate with your Property Manager to address concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, addressing conflicts and solving problems promptly.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A strong organizational system and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- You should be computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
