Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve store performance.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new hires, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the team.
- Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on payroll management and scheduling of staff shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and retail math principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
