Breakfast Manager

Job Summary
The Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the breakfast service in a fine dining environment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable dining experience for guests. The Breakfast Manager will also be responsible for cash handling and maintaining inventory levels while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate breakfast service operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Train, develop, and manage breakfast staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to breakfast service.
• Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menu offerings that meet guest expectations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment necessary for breakfast service.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training needs.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in food service management, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to develop training programs for staff development and performance improvement.
• Experience in catering services is a plus.
• Proven team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the food industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
