Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment in the food service industry. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure kitchen readiness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect current trends while maintaining quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in profitability.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional hospitality and service during shifts.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including kitchen operations and fine dining standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
