We are seeking a skilled and experienced Task Force General Manager to lead our hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue and profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
About the Role
The Task Force General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and compliance with policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing budget, meeting revenue and guest satisfaction goals, and developing short- and long-term strategic plans for performance improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day staff management and guest services
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards
- Handle guest complaints and oversee service recovery process
- Manage budget and ensure revenue and guest satisfaction goals are met
- Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for performance improvement
- Work closely with the VP of Revenue Management and the VP of Sales to maximize room yield and hotel revenue
- Oversee and manage all departments and work closely with department heads daily
- Be responsible for occupational health, fire, and life safety
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
Requirements
- Hotel management experience required
- Hospitality degree preferred
