MHI Brands, a leading manufacturer with three distinct brands catering to major retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Lowe’s, is seeking a Customer Service & Accounts Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in managing customer accounts from order initiation to payment processing, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
- Handle invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and dispute management
- Oversee order entry and processing
- Manage assigned customer accounts from order placement to payment completion
- Maintain item data and inventory within internal and external systems
- Process credit card payments securely and efficiently
- Work across multiple software platforms to track and manage orders
- Utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems like SPS Commerce or similar EDI systems for order and invoice processing
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in customer service, order management, and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in EDI systems such as SPS Commerce or 1Sync
- Ability to multi-task across various platforms efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with major retailers and drop-ship operations is a plus
- Experience working in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
