Job Title: MHI Handyman
Job Reports To: Owner
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Job Summary:
Responsible for completion of scheduled jobs as directed by Forman. Execution of established processes to maintain streamlined efficient workflow. Provide the best customer service possible to ensure the customer base is retained.
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Responsible for monitoring the personal work calendar and adhering to schedule as best as possible.
- Complete jobs to the best of your ability
- Gather and organize needed materials, tools, and equipment prior to and in preparation for each job.
- Obey all safety regulations
Additional Functions:
- Further education to open company up to provide a wider range of services.
- Notify Foreman of any scheduling or attendance conflicts
- Provide any workflow suggestions or enhancements to maximize production.
- Report on job progress to Forman
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and report efficiently
- Have general handyman knowledge and experience
- Problem solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills - see Handyman skills growth chart
- Work with other team members effectively.
