The Warehouse Quality Administrative Assistant performs routine administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining paper and/or electronic files. The position provides clerical and administrative support for the warehouse quality inspection team.
- Assess and dispatch parts that requires Quality Inspection.
- Scan and archive documentation electronically.
- Physically archive documentation.
- Support investigation that requires documentation to be retrieved.
- Work closely with the Receiving Agents and the Quality Inspectors.
- Work on computer using SAP, Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with the Quality Manual.
- Have other duties in support of operational necessities as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required, associate’s degree in applied science or similar technical experience preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse environment.
- 2-5 years’ experience in aerospace-specific quality inspection a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook and other MS office suite programs.
- Familiarity with SAP or other similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a variety of individuals and departments.
- Requires shift work and may be required to work some weekends.
