Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Managed IT Services Salesperson to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and a passion for building strong relationships with businesses to help them leverage technology for growth and efficiency. This role offers a base salary with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in need of Managed IT Services, including IT support, network management, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more.
- Client Consultations: Meet with prospects to understand their IT challenges and recommend customized solutions to fit their needs.
- Develop Proposals & Contracts: Prepare and present compelling proposals, pricing, and service contracts to secure new business.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure solutions align with client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in Managed IT, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services offerings.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
