What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Office Manager position at MHM Properties & Management LLC?
We are looking for a dedicated Rental Office Manager to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role will assist with various property management responsibilities, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and directing them as needed
- Managing and responding to office walk-in inquiries
- Coordinating, arranging, and supervising apartment maintenance, cleaning, and turnovers
- Assisting with apartment tours and showings
- Helping with lease preparations and handling leasing-related issues
- Processing monthly bill and invoice payments
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Assisting with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins, especially in August
- Attending staff meetings and completing required "Rent Manager" training
- Participating in marketing and social media events as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, email, social media, and internet research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with residents and guests
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and perform basic math functions
- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
