Salary: $31,662.75 to $35019.36 Annually Salary is based on education & experience

Job Description: Performs moderately complex accounts payable and clerical tasks as well as fiscal record keeping. Maintains ancillary reports related to accounts payable transactions. Work is reviewed periodically while in progress and upon completion for accuracy and conformance to procedures. The person will be responsible for coding and entering vendor invoices, processing checks, tracking, and matching purchase orders, maintaining office supply inventory and general ledger postings.
Education: Requires High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience. Attention to detail is essential.
Hours of Work: 8am-5pm; Monday through Friday
Licenses/Certifications: Current Texas driver’s license and be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: lifting less than 10lbs., manual dexterity, normal vision, and hearing, stooping, and kneeling.
Facility: Administration, Bryan, TX.
