Work with the Client Services and Asset Specialists to create and maintain a unified Asset process for all IT assets inside the plant. He / She will play a lead role in creating workflows, processes, and work level Instructions based on ISO 1 Standards. He / She will be responsible for maintaining an accurate account of assets and being able to provide reporting and management overviews into these records and counts.
This position owns the operative responsibility of the donation asset process. This individual will follow up the purchasing and invoicing processes elated asset acquisition.

- Receive and retire assets
- Assets Tagging
- Key User of the IT Hardware Management Tool
- Owner of the IT Hardware Asset Management Process
- Create and modify processes related to asset management
- Prepare and verify periodical reporting
- Manage asset lifecycle management (including forecasting, rollout planning, and migration)
- IT Warehouse responsible
- Owner of the IT Hardware Catalog process
- Owner of the donation asset process
- Follow up the purchasing and invoicing processes related asset acquisition
