MHP Americas is seeking a high-energy, experienced leader for our fast-growing Operations Service Unit. This role will oversee the delivery of Managed Services, primarily Application Management Services (AMS), across our key client accounts, managing end-to-end service transitions from our implementation projects to support agreements. A strong background in SAP AMS is a critically required skill. As a self-starter with proven integrity and a strong track record in discrete manufacturing industries, you will focus on ensuring seamless, high-quality service transitions and delivering exceptional support experiences to clients.
Responsibilities
- AMS Delivery Leadership : Lead SAP AMS delivery across a distributed, nearshore / offshore model (with a focus on nearshore locations in Mexico and LATAM) to ensure efficient, high-quality service for clients.
- Growth & Business Development : Collaborate with the Markets Unit (sales team) to identify and pursue new AMS opportunities, supporting MHP’s growth targets and expanding our client base within discrete manufacturing industries.
- Service Transition Management : Establish seamless “move-to-support” processes from SAP implementation projects to long-term support agreements, ensuring continuity and stability in client operations.
- Delivery Model Development : Build and continuously refine SAP AMS delivery models to enhance scalability, efficiency, and client satisfaction, incorporating industry best practices and client feedback.
- Team Leadership : Motivate and manage a distributed team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused work environment that delivers consistent, high-quality support.
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions that enhance the value and efficiency of their SAP environments.
