We also provide service and parts for those products we rent, lease and sell. MHS has been loyally representing Crown and Unicarriers equipment for more than five decades.
General Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for all facets of our Customer Retail Financing, from securing credit approval to obtaining funding. Additional responsibilities include coordination of all inbound national account equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the customer. You will work as a member of the Sales Administration Team to support our Account Managers in exceeding our customer expectations
Job duties:
· Calculation of lease payments
· Auditing of sales orders
· Submitting for lease approval and lease documents
· Ensuring accuracy of lease documents
· Working with leasing companies and customers to gather required information
· Submission and follow up for funding
· Liaison between leasing company and customers
· Coordination of National Account orders
· Scheduling deliveries of equipment
· Communicating order status to our sales team, management, set up team, and customers
· Generating and collecting necessary delivery documents
· Invoicing of fees
· Generation and maintenance of various reports
· Assist in commission calculation and reporting
Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED required.
· Retail Finance experience preferred.
· 2 years of experience working a coordinator role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
· Must be dependable and detail oriented
