Job Requirements Service Technician
- Field technician experience preferred but not required
- Strong ability to learn new skills quickly
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in mechanical systems and technologies
- Proactive and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and possibly international)
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Solid technical understanding and hands-on skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and/or hydraulic systems is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- Good command of English, both written and verbal (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
- Experience in customer service and technical support is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver solutions in time-sensitive situations
- Familiarity with documenting service work and writing service reports
