Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring schedules, budgets, and scopes of work are met to the client's satisfaction
- Lead project-related discussions and delegate tasks effectively to team members
- Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and team assignments
- Estimate fees, determine scopes of work, and prepare proposals and contracts
- Oversee all phases of the design process, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring exceptional quality and service
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with building and accessibility codes and regulatory standards
- Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a solid understanding of engineering systems, equipment, technology requirements, and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
- Strong foundation in architecture and a passion for educational projects
- Architecture License preferred.
