General Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and break rooms, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Execute floor care tasks, including buffing and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants.

Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing methods.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in various settings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in residential painting or porter services is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
