Sales-Driven | High-Energy | Professional Music/DJ Hospitality & F&B Experience Required

Are you a driven professional with a passion for hospitality, entertainment, and business growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount? MHW Live Music is looking for an Entertainment Manager to lead entertainment programming for our hotel clients. This is not a remote position—we expect top performers who are committed to working in-office to ensure smooth operations and high-level service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This role blends account management and operational excellence to ensure our hotel clients receive top-tier entertainment that enhances their guest experience.

Performer Sourcing, Auditioning, Negotiation, and Alignment

  • Proactively source and audition high-quality local musicians, DJs, and other entertainment vendors across the US through referrals, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Get performers excited about the opportunity to work for MHW Live Music and set clear expectations on brand and professionalism standards.
  • Grow and maintain a robust talent database by ensuring profiles are complete with videos, contact details, and performance specs—done with urgency and precision.
  • Meet aggressive deadlines (24-36 hours) for client requests and recruiting/auditioning new performers.

Entertainment Booking & Client Management

  • Strategically match performers with hotel clients’ needs, ensuring the right fit for each venue.
  • Sell entertainment solutions—educate clients on programming that enhances guest experience and increases revenue.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with performers and finalize bookings, contracts, and logistics with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Confirm performances, handle last-minute changes, and ensure flawless execution of entertainment schedules.

Client & Vendor Relations

  • Provide white-glove service to our hospitality clients, anticipating their needs before they ask.
  • Maintain a high-energy, sales-focused approach to ensure continued business growth.

Manager-On-Duty Shifts (High Responsibility)

  • Rotate as the point person for emergency or last-minute client or performer issues, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Be proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented—our clients expect excellence at all times.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Sales-driven, hardworking, and highly accountable—you push yourself to meet targets and exceed expectations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment—deadlines are tight, and attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and live entertainment—experience working in hotels, restaurants, or event management is a must.
  • Excellent communicator (written, verbal, video, and phone)—comfortable making calls and closing deals.
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with experience using CRM systems, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and video conferencing tools.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • This is an in-office position. Remote work is not an option—we need hands-on collaboration.
  • You take ownership. Our team is only as strong as our weakest link, and we expect every employee to step up and deliver.
  • You bring energy and a solutions-focused mindset. No drama, no excuses—just results.
  • You’re available to work when needed. This includes rotating on-call shifts for last-minute client or performance issues.
