Role Overview
The Vice President of Account Management is a mission-critical executive role responsible for leading MHW Live Music through a 500% growth trajectory over the next five years, while ensuring the highest quality service and experience for our clients. This entrepreneurial leader will guide the company through strategic domestic and international expansion, build and lead a top-tier team, and make efficient, high-impact financial decisions in our lean, self-funded environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute growth vision through scalable systems and hiring.
- Evaluate market entry strategies, including international.
- Lead client satisfaction, surveys, service recovery, and partnerships.
- Build a high-performance, cross-functional team.
- Define physical office strategy in key markets.
- Lead development of tech systems, software development, and vendor coordination.
- Implement innovation and automation for future-proofing.
- Leverage hospitality expertise to drive strategy, enhance client experience, and increase revenue.
Ideal Candidate
- 10 years in high-end hospitality management or hospitality vendor leadership with P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience scaling service teams and driving revenue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Proficiency in Airtable or modern PM tools.
- Miami-based or willing to relocate with travel flexibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
- Possibility for significant salary raises tied to 5-year growth milestones.
