Employment Type: Part time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Position Summary: Responsible for performing various food service duties and customer service for the Nutrition Services Department. What you will do: Processes room service orders Interacts with patients and family members by order taking via the phone and inputting menu selections into the computer Gathers, washes, & puts away dry dishes Promotes positive customer service relations between Nutrition Services and Nursing units, patients, families, and all other people they meet. Maintains knowledge of profession, safe food handling and sanitation What you will need: 1. Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. 2. Food Service experience is preferred but not required. 3. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, including staff and visitors. 48hrs per pp - 1st shift - weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance with CBA.
