MI Psychiatry, Fast growing clinic is looking for a Full Time or Part time Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychologist to join us and work with our Medical Director Hani Mekhael M.D.
Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychologist /Part Time:
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Skills of the Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychologist :
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience in marriage/couples counseling is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Able to build rapport with patients quickly
Qualifications / Requirements of the Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychologist :
- Current and valid state license
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or related counseling field
- 2 years clinical experience in Psychiatry outpatient setting
- Punctual and reliable
- Charismatic
