Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: 0.9 FTE, 1230-2100 or 1330-2200, 1 out of 3 weekends, 2 holidays per year. Coordinates staffing for Specimen Control areas, namely inpatient, outpatient and outreach facility phlebotomy and registration. Leads and triages inpatient and traveling phlebotomy services. Troubleshoots lab-related needs from inpatient caregivers and staff at outpatient health parks. Ensures all inpatient and outpatient specimens are accounted for and processed appropriately. Reviews multiple reports for quality. Coaches staff to adhere to departmental metrics and work standards.
