The Paint Line Lead is responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a group of employees to achieve organizational goals while working alongside the team. Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading parts on the conveyor line
- Masking and unmasking parts as required
- Ensuring proper application of powder coating on various components
- Monitoring the conveyor line to ensure smooth operation
- Inspecting parts for quality and adherence to specifications
- Loading and unloading painted parts
Leadership Responsibilities
- Creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages team bonding, and demonstrates flexibility
- Developing strategies that team members can use to better reach project goals
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Communicating clear instructions to team members
- Training team members to enhance their skills and performance
