Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your ability to provide outstanding hospitality, efficiently manage orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to while serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately through the POS system, including handling cash and credit transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment, particularly during peak hours in a nightclub setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous but not required.
