Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Looking for a PTA to service the Norton Shore, Grand Haven, & Spring Lake Area Purpose: Our home care physical therapist assistants use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Provides physical therapy services to the organization’s clients under the guidance and supervision of the Physical Therapist, and in accordance with a written plan of treatment established by the physician and physical therapist. Minimum of six months experience under a qualified Physical Therapist. Home health experience preferred Must be able to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the agency’s clients and their families. Must accept responsibility for maintaining clinical practice skills learning and adhering to agency’s policies and procedures on an on-going basis. Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program. Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
