Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at the Sanctuary of Holy Cross in South Bend, Indiana, involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include: Direct Resident Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, assist with mobility, and monitor vital signs. Qualifications for this position typically include a valid LPN certification and experience in a long-term care setting.
