Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the memory care team to ensure the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Requirements: RN/LPN, licensure in the state of Michigan. 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in memory care or long-term care.
