What You’ll Do: Supervise nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with other departments to meet residents’ total care needs. Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance nursing services. Administer medications and treatments in line with established protocols. Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation. Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards and performance. What You Bring: Nursing Degree or graduation from an approved LPN or RN program. Active RN or LPN license in Michigan and current CPR certification. Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
